Tax Foreclosure Sales and “Bid-Off” Properties

58 of the 95 tracts (2 were pulled) offered for sale at the April 2, 2019 Tax Re-Sale in Paris were sold.  The following properties are still available for sale.  A follow-up sale for May 7, 2019 is possible, so please let me know by Noon, April 11, 2019 if you would like one of the following tracts included in that sale.  

The “INFO” link will show you the approximate location for the property, and provide you with a link to Lamar CAD’s account page for that property just left of the map.  Ignore the Google Error message in the upper center page.  In most cases all prior year delinquent taxes, penalties and interest on the property will be zeroed out after the property is sold.  Please read the conditions of sale at the bottom of this page prior to making a bid on a property.  And please reach out to me if you have any questions about one or more of these properties.

 Any property sold shall be subject to any right of redemption of the defen­dant(s) or any person having an interest therein, to redeem the said property, or their interest therein, within the time and in the manner provided by law, and shall be subject to any other and further rights to which the defendants or anyone interested therein may be entitled, under the provisions of law.
